In an endeavour to build capabilities in the area of research in corporate governance and to disseminate quality and timely information to concerned stakeholders, NFCG has fostered partnerships with national as well as international organisations.
The Foundation provides accreditation to organisations after evaluation based on stringent eligibility criteria. On obtaining the accreditation, these organisations are called National Centres of Corporate Governance (NCCG). These NCCG take up programmes for promoting corporate governance in India, which include amongst others certified training programmes for future directors, research project of national relevance and advocacy.
Today, NFCG has 47 Institutions accredited as National Centre for Corporate Governance. Through these centres, NFCG provides a unique platform that synergies the work of Industry, Professional Institutions, Government and Regulators (like SEBI, IRDAI, IBA, etc.) towards better governance of the Corporates in India.
